Garold E. Johnson Garold E. Johnson was born in Salem, Oregon on January 11, 1952. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1982, the Alaska State Bar in 1983, Washington and U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in 1984, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound (B.A. in 1974 and J.D., cum laude in 1982). In 1984 he was an Adjunct Professor of Real Property and UCC law at the University of Puget Sound School of Law. He is a member of the Washington and Alaska State Bar Associations. His primary areas of practice are real estate, corporations, estate planning, domestic relations, business, and secured transactions.
