Richard H. Wooster was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 12, 1956. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 1983; and the United States Supreme Court in 1991. He graduated from Western Michigan University with a B.B.A. in 1978; attended graduate school in economics at Wayne State University and obtained a JD in 1983 from the University of Puget Sound. His practice is primarily litigation with an emphasis upon Labor and Employment law. Other practice areas include general corporate law, municipal law, personal injury, construction claims and estate planning.
